BRANDING TBM SE-KOTA SURABAYA
Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Surabaya tengah mengadakan sebuah kompetisi bergengsi dengan hadiah yang sangat menarik, dan kegiatan ini melibatkan perusahaan cat yang sudah banyak dikenal oleh seluruh kalangan masyarakat, yaitu Nippon Paint. Kompetisi ini adalah Branding TBM yang bertujuan untuk mengenalkan kembali kepada masyarakat akan gerakan literasi yang ada di kota Surabaya. Kegiatan ini disambut antusias oleh seluruh petugas teknis perpustakaan. Dalam kompetisi ini, petugas berlomba-lomba dalam mengkonsep dan membenahi lokasi Taman Baca Masyrakat masing-masing dengan tema yang beragam. Mulai dari bentuk bis, cita-cita, kehidupan bawah laut, dan sebagainya.
Nippon Paint, perusahaan cat yang telah bersedia sebagai sponsorship kegiatan Branding TBM Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Surabaya. Nippon Paint memberikan dukungan berbentuk cat yang mana material wajib dalam mempercantik TBM. Selain cat, Nippon Paint juga memberikan hadiah khusus kepada TBM yang dinilai paling baik dari kompetitor TBM lainnya, yaitu berupa uang binaan. Nippon Paint telah menunjukan keseriusannya dalam kerja sama ini, dan giliran pihak petugas TBM menunjukan keseriusan dalam menjalankan kompetisi ini dan meraih kemenangan dengan sempurna.
Kompetisi Branding TBM tahun 2018 adalah langkah awal dalam mengenalkan apa itu TBM, fungsi kehadiran TBM di tengah-tengah masyarakat yang jauh dari lokasi perpustakaan. Kehadiran TBM di kampung-kampung merupakan program literasi kota Surabaya dalam meningkatkan tingkat pendidikan untuk warga yang kurang beruntung dalam mengenyam pendidikan secara formal, dan secara tidak langsung dapat meningkatkan melek literasi bagi pengunjung TBM.
Berikut adalah lima belas (15) besar TBM yang dinyakan lolos masuk ke babak selanjutnya. Bagi TBM yang sudah dinyatakan lolos, selamat bertanding dengan sportif dan penuh semangat. Salam dari petugas perpustakaan TBM RW 13 Peneleh. Salam Literasi ~ Salam Pretasi. ☺❤
